1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting Mackis.com (the “Site”) or placing an order with Mack Is Graphic Design (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

2. About Our Store

Mack Is Graphic Design is a small, US-based graphic design shop owned by Mack Hall in Garland, Texas. We sell posters, postcards, and pillows.

Everything is made-to-order through print-on-demand. We do not hold inventory. After you order, our fulfillment partner Printful prints, assembles, and ships your item just for you. This keeps waste low and allows us to offer designs on demand.

3. Products and Descriptions

We do our best to display accurate colors, sizes, materials, and photos. Because products are printed on demand and every screen shows color differently, slight variations in color, brightness, or print placement may occur.

Product images are digital mockups — your physical item may look a little different in person. If you have questions about a product before buying, contact us and we’ll help.

4. Orders, Payment, and Pricing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Pricing may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

We process payments securely through Stripe via WooCommerce checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment is successfully authorized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or issues with payment authorization.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

5. Production and Shipping

Because items are made for you, production typically takes 2–7 business days. Printful fulfills and ships from facilities in the US and internationally, depending on your location and the product ordered.

Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. If your package appears lost or stalled, email us and we’ll help check on it.

6. Returns and Refunds

Since products are custom print-on-demand, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or minor color differences.

We will replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged in transit, or with a major printing error. To request help, contact us at hello@mackis.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will work with Printful to reprint or issue a refund to your original payment method.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, illustrations, photographs, logos, and written content on Mackis.com are owned by Mack Hall and Mack Is Graphic Design and are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a physical product, you are buying the item only — not the rights to the design. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute our artwork for commercial use without written permission.

8. User Conduct

Please use our Site respectfully. Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or misuse the Site. Do not place fraudulent orders, interfere with checkout, or use our content in a way that infringes on others’ rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our products and Site are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mack Is Graphic Design and Mack Hall are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our products, policies, or legal requirements. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date below. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
